Company Policies

  1. • There is 20% surcharge added on all rentals. All gratuities are subject to client approval. Rates are subject to change and do not apply during special events
  2. • Parking & Toll fees will be billed at $8.00 flat rate for all airport arrivals. Parking for all games in San Francisco (AT&T Park , Oracle Arena, Oakland Alameda Coliseum) will be charged a flate rate of $100.00. 

  3. • We are not liable for delays caused by accidents, airlines, breakdowns, weather, traffic or conditions beyond our control. We will make an effort to notify you of these conditions.
  4. • A $10.00 fee is charged for any transfers between the hours of 11:45 PM to 06:00 AM.
  5. • A $15.00 Holiday Surcharge will be added for National Holidays.
  6. • All fees and charges for charters of 3 plus hours in the local Monterey Bay will be billed before the service(s) have been rendered. All one way pick-up & drop offs/airport transfers/out of town/overnight charters /proms/special events will be billed at time of reservation.  
    1. •All cancellations need to be made with a 72-hour notice prior to your scheduled event to avoid full charge.
      1. A minimum of eight (8) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick up time for airport transfers. All special events (Masters Golf Tournament, NFL and NBA Play Offs in the Bay Area) have a minimum of 48 hours( 2 Days) prior to scheduled pick-up. 
      2.  A minimum of forty-eight (48) ( 2 Days) hour notice prior to the scheduled pick up time for charters(Non-airport transfers).
      3. All late cancellations are subject to all fees and charges as previously mentioned in points 7-9.
      4. San Miguel Limousine Company is not responsible for any item(s) left behind or lost. All chauffeurs will ensure that all exiting passenger(s) have collected thier personal item(s).


      Vehicle Policies

      1. • All vehicles are non smoking. (There will be a minimum charge of $500.00 for deodorizing of the vehicle)

      2. • Complimentary chilled bottled water and/or soda are provided in our vehicles. Please call us for other beverage request and/or refreshment needs.

      3. • Any and all damages or unwarrented clean up (Vomit and or Excessive Trash) will be billed to the renting party-- minimum of $200.00.
      4. Any structural damage done to the vehicle will be charged to the credit card on file.
        1. Invoice of the repair will be sent the purchaser or authorized personnel. 
      5. No alcohol is allow when minors are traveling in any vehicle.


      Wait & Travel Time

      1. • Travel time are computed from the time the vehicle arrives at the pick up point to the time it returns to the final drop off point (door to door). Additional rates may apply for all other areas outside of Monterey Bay area.

      2. • Airport transfers are subject to the following wait time: Stops to and from airports are charged $20.00 per stop up to fifteen (15) minutes. Multiple stops (2 or more) or a stop (1 stop) of more than fifteen (15) minutes will revert to a charter rates of $100.00 per hour additionally. Private airport arrivals are initially billed at a 1.5 hourly rate. Chauffeur will arrive at 15-30 minutes prior to estimated time of plane arrival.

      3. • Chauffeur Meet & Greet: There is no charge for our chauffeurs to meet passengers at the entrance of the baggage claim at their respective airline. This pertains to all transfers for our Sedans, SUV and Vans. Please contact us if you prefer curb side pick up options.
      4. • Greet Staff available for $25.00 per hour for inside Airport pick ups in our large luxury vehicles and/or for arrivals of Event Group(s).
